KARATE
This class teaches movement skills, discipline, self control, karate skills and self-defense in a format that is more enjoyable and beneficial for children. Training in Shotokan Karate is generally made up of three elements, Kihon, Kata and Kumite.Karate-Do strives internally to train the mind to develop a clear conscience, enabling one to face the world honestly, while externally developing strength to the point where one may overcome even ferocious wild animals.
Mind and technique become one in true karate. Shotokan has many benefits—it helps to develop patience, courage, self-confidence, self-control, strength, flexibility, calmness and concentration, and it reduces negative or violent attitudes. In addition, knowledge of Shotokan karate provides you with a means of self-defense

SKATING
Skating, sport in which blade like runners or sets of wheels attached to shoes are used for gliding on ice or other surface.The importance, it works nearly every muscle group in the body and gliding requires synchronized movement of the legs, which is important for flexibility. It also builds up the leg and abdominal muscle. Like any workout, skating is great for cardiovascular health, it gets blood pumping and the heart rate up.
SILAMBAM
Silambam as a sport, has special quota in sports. Students will get more opportunities and recognition through this sport.This was an effort to promote the ancient martial art, fitness and tradition among the youth. We have experts practicing Silambam activates the left and right brain’s coordination, which helps many students to come out of their stress and helps them to understand better with more gain on motor skills. Silambam is a form of mindfulness promoting mental peace.Students who practice Silambam as a Martial Art has increased concentration level which results in good academic progress.
Practicing Silambam is helpful for self defense especially for women, leads to a positive change in your life,increases the person’s self confidence to the highest level, obtains self realization and uniqueness. It enhances self esteem and improves flexibility of the body, creativity, concentration and patience level.
