DANCE

KARATE
Karate is a fun way for both boys and girls to achieve fitness and focus.

mindfulness of students not just in class, but in other areas of a person's life.
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in
school-age children (ages 6 to 12).

memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce
anxiety and stress in children.

Silambam is offered as an extra-curricular activity to children of all
